Whole Foods Cooking

What better time than the spring to make a new resolution to eat well? And eat cooked foods…liver chi stagnation doesn’t like raw foods, but welcomes moist, cooked foods that nourish body and soul in these dry, drought stricken times.

From whole oats for breakfast with pecans and dried blueberries, to gomashio (condiment), to brown rice cooked with legumes, to apple crisp, to lightly steamed broccoli with lemon – just prepare your meals with love and care and feel better and better and better!

Love, Gopita
P.S. Be patient with the little video – it’s worth it!
