The Homolateral Repatterning: The Essential Energy Correction

THE MOST ESSENTIAL ENERGY EXERCISE: HOMOLATERAL
REPATTERNING

Dear Friends,
For those of you who have worked with me, I stress this correction above and over any of the other wonderful exercises taught to us by Donna Eden.

Donna has brilliantly used techniques from Tibet, Chinese Medicine, and Kinesiology, to name a few sources, to wake up and begin to heal dysfunctional patterns of energy in a 5-minute routine I have taught and practiced for over 25 years. I learned it when I first met Donna in 2001, and it has served me incredibly well.

If I am clumsier than usual (note, I said “usual”), or cannot find words, or get sore throats often, or have trouble with fatigue, I correct homolateral.

I correct it daily when I do my 5-minute routine (Found on my YouTube Channel, www.YouTube.com/SouthernFriedSpirituality.com under teaching.” Of course, Donna has numerous videos on the Routine. She is simply amazing. I have been blessed to work with her for 25 years.

This was found, unsourced, on the internet, and explains the routine well. I can tell you that when you have both lobes of your brain being accessed, your energy will be better, you will remain healthier, and for me, not so clumsy!

“This technique was one of the original corrections used by Dr. Paul
Dennison who is the founder of Educational Kinesiology. It is based on
this premise that both the brain and body need to work in harmony
together. It is easy to realize that all of our muscles should be receiving
instructions from both the right and left hemispheres of the brain.
When this is not happening, and instead, our muscles receive messages
from only one hemisphere of the brain, we call these homolateral
muscles. Since each muscle we are testing has a relationship to not only
a particular meridian but to a specific organ or gland, over time it can
create an imbalance in the system. These imbalances may possibly
result in a variety of symptoms such as tension headaches, shoulder
pain, ‘ringing’ in the ears and an inability to release stress appropriately,
to name just a few, People who fall into the category of having addictive
type personalities, such as chronic smokers, for example or persons
suffering from respiratory problems, may be among the types of
people who could greatly benefit from the Homolateral Muscle
Correction procedure.”


WHEN YOU ARE NOT HOMOLATERAL, YOU HAVE 100% OF YOUR ENERGY AVAILABLE TO USE FOR YOUR HEALING. WHEN IN HOMOLATERAL, YOUR BODY KEEPS YOU SUBDUED. IT IS NOT UNHEALTHY OR DYSFUNCTIONAL, IT IS JUST SO. AND BEFORE WE SLEEP, WE BECOME HOMOLATERAL. IT IS A BIT HARDER TO FALL ASLEEP WHEN WE ARE RADIATING FULL TILT-BOOGIE

I urge you to learn this simple exercise and use it daily.
